All prices exclude tax and guide expenses. Confirmed at time of booking. All participants must sign the liability waiver before participation.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

Booking Policy

  1. 1.
    Trips booked less than 4 weeks in advance must be paid in full at booking. All other trips require a 50% deposit at booking and full payment no later than 4 weeks before the trip start date.
  2. 2.
    Unless otherwise confirmed, you are responsible for all personal ski/board and safety equipment. Metal-bladed shovels only (no plastic or carbon fibre). A 3-antenna digital avalanche beacon is required.
  3. 3.
    A signed liability waiver is required from every participant (or parent/guardian for minors) before participation. The waiver covers all activities for 2 years after signing.
  4. 4.
    Rescue inside a National Park is covered by your park entry pass. In all other areas, rescue costs are your responsibility. Ensure your health or travel insurance provides coverage.

Cancellation Policy

  1. 1.
    If your guide cancels, Serratus Guides will attempt to reschedule. If no mutual date is agreed upon, all payments will be fully refunded.
  2. 2.
    Guest cancellations — for any reason including injury, weather, conditions, road closures, or travel restrictions — will not result in a refund. All amounts paid are retained as liquidated damages.
  3. 3.
    Trip cancellation and interruption insurance is strongly recommended.
